Job Requirements 

Minimum qualifications include:

  

  • 3-5 years of current full-service Restaurant Management experience (some quick service, fast casual also ok). Requirements vary depending on concept.
  • Solid Work History (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years or 4 jobs in the past 10 yrs.)
  • Ability to Pass a Background Check, Credit Check, and Drug Test
  • Strong operational background, budget and cost control ability including P&L knowledge
  • Exceptional people skills and problem solving skills
  • Top notch communication skills
  • A drive to be the best
