Description NHC HealthCare Springfield is a 107 bed skilled nursing and long term care center.
We currently have openings for candidates who are either a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). These are full-time opportunities.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities (a full list we be given upon request and prior to interview):

 
1. Ability to learn, absorb, and apply professional training; follow doctor's orders and keep records in prescribed manner

 
2. Ability to perceive changes in patient behavior and recognize symptoms and the ability to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone, and in personal contacts.

 
3. Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility, and tactfully supervise others.

 
4. Special interest in geriatric nursing.

5. Assure that all nursing staff under your direction have been assigned duties
