Outside Sales Executive for B2B sales 

Company Details:

Our client, one of the top energy companies in all of Texas, is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Rep. to join their team.  Your duties will consist of selling our client's electricity service to new and existing businesses.  This position is a Temp-to-Hire position.  Eligibility for permanent hire is based on performance.

 

 **Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass criminal background and drug screen. 

 

 Compensation:

Base $28K + commission + $75 weekly car allowance + $50 monthly cell allowance, and benefits after 30 days. 

 

 Job Purpose:

Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.

 

Duties:

* Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.

* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.

* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.

* Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

* Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Ideal candidates must have the following:

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Door to Door/Outside Sales experience (No exceptions)
  • Stable work history (Minimum of 2 years at most recent employer)
  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Clear Criminal Background and ability to pass a drug screen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
