Job Description 

Primary Responsibilities


  • Works with all areas of CareCentrix business groups (e.g., Regional Care Centers, , National Claim Center, National Business Center, Clinical Operations, Finance Operations) to develop and maintain a good understanding of business objectives, services, operations, challenges, and inquires, that need to be supported via enhanced reporting and management tools.
  • Responsible for the analysis and requirements gathering as well as directing the design and use of CareCentrix management reports. Presents report analysis, provides interpretation and guidance as appropriate.
  • Provides mentoring in the use and development of analytical and reporting tools used by all of the CareCentrix departments and drives consistent use of data in operating the business.
  • Reviews select management reports to determine business trends and alerts business owners of risks and opportunities.
  • Identifies the broader base of stakeholders and ensures the involvement of those stakeholders while actively collaborating with the Business Innovations group in steering the BI analytics environment.
  • Communicates plans and timely status to users on the development of new tools and reports.
 


Job Requirements 

Required Education / Experience 

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or the equivalent plus a minimum of five years of business and financial planning and analysis. Managed Care admission and readmission  data analysis experience required.
