Contract Position ( Evening Shifts, including one weekend shift)

Must be able to train for a minimum of 8 weeks during the day-9am-5:30pm

Training $13.00 per hour

Shift: $14.30

Process and cross-sell credit card product for financial entity.

Processes merchant request for initial enrollment. 

Collaborates with customer for best product offering and exposure to product availability.

Uses a range of industry specific applications that enable a real time response to provide customers with accurate and timely customer service.

Critical Competencies: skills and technical abilities required for the role

1-3 years of relevent experience

Skills:

Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to provide clear and concise information to internal and external customers. Strong customer focus is required.

Knowledge:

Effective PC skills required, including  word processing, spreadsheets and standard industry and internal software. Ability to learn new applications as needed
