RESIDENT CARE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR (MDS Director) - RN

Dynamic Resident Care Management Director  - RN wanted to join our quality focused & team oriented professionals at our Fairview Health & Rehabilitation Center in Birmingham, AL.

Must be RN, licensed in AL with experience and good knowledge of RAI, PPS and state regulations in long-term care. 


Position is critical in providing the necessary clinical/financial outcomes. Must be forward thinking, multifaceted leader who thrives in an extremely dynamic environment.



Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Medicare/RAI process required

• Must be a RN (Registered Nurse)

• Long-term care strongly preferred
