Our hospice home care nursing team is searching for a experienced RNs who want to work one on one with patient in their homes. In this position, you'll travel in and around central Indiana, primarily in the Lafayette region.

 

This full-time position allows you to work mostly day shift hours between 8-4:30 with some responsibility for on-call periods and night shift coverage, depending on patient needs.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE APPLY NOW LINK:

- Current RN license in Indiana

 

- At least one year of RN experience

- Home care experience preferred

- Must apply clinical reasoning, decision-making and clinical thinking to daily work

- Must be compassionate

 

- Must have excellent clinical skills, assessment skils and medical-surgical skills

- Requires strong written and verbal communications skills at the staff, patient and family levels

- Requires ability to actively seek educational opportunities to improve clinical practice

- Requires ability to react appropriately in any environment or situation
