The Center Manager is a full-time middle management position, available in Orange & San Bernardino Counties to facilitate effective functioning of the medical center and services provided. BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent training experience is highly preferred with HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND PREFERRED in medical or social service setting . MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Reproductive health, managed/primary care,and/or abortion services experience is required. Assure the center's compliance regarding agency, state and federal regulations, monitoring of protocol compliance and service delivery. Understanding of HMO's, Medi-Cal and FPACT requirements. Ensure current labor laws are followed. Ability to maintain confidentiality of management and administrative issues.
