HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

Human Resource Assistant to work in community based program for individuals who are mentally handicapped.

This position wll be assisting the HR Director with daily human resource functions including interviewing / hiring practices, all administrative functions, correspondence, etc..

Must have verifiable references and be able to pass background check.

This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ROSENBERG, TX

Requirements

Maximum 1-2 years hands on experience in an HR department
Experience with interviewing and hiring potential candidates / clients
Must be able to write and articulate professional business letters
Must be able to provide at least 2 verifiable professional references
Proven history of being dependable and have a good attendance record at previous employment
