Position Overview
We are currently seeking a part-time Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to ensure orderly and efficient office operations for our Tulsa office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare final correspondence, reports, and other published material
- Prepare for Town Hall meetings (arranging for the room, chairs, PA, etc.)
- Support visits from other areas (ensure travel plans to the facility are arranged for as needed)
- Managing executive round-table meetings (inviting employees, arranging for the room, refreshments, etc.)
- Managing local all-employee functions (announcements, arranging facilities, etc.)
- Coordinating Employee Activities committee (announcements, schedules, inviting employees to participate on the committee, etc.)
- Support HR (HireRight) by coordinating paperwork for new hires, terms, filing, answering phone, etc.
- May assist other departments with general clerical support on an as-needed basis
The following skills and experiences are necessary to be successful in this role…
- High School or equivalent education/experience with 3-5 years related experience
- Must be organized and have excellent writing and communications skills
- Experience in responding to requests for information and using word processing, e-mail, etc.
- Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks within assigned periods of time with acceptable levels of accuracy
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- The individual needs to be proactive, flexible and an overall team player
