We are an aggressive automotive  and service operation. We have several locations in Indiana, and we are currently seeking an experienced, well rounded Store Manager. A Positive attitude and a STRONG DESIRE to care for guests and employees is a must!

About the Position

• Control costs through such activities as inventory and asset management, controlling outside purchases, implementing preventive maintenance programs for shop equipment, ensuring that quality service work is performed on guests vehicles on every visit, and by ensuring compliance with environmental and safety procedures.
• Responsible for entire day to day operations of store.
• Leading the all activities within a shop to achieve positive sales results.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and retention through the direction of staff in the performance of quality vehicle maintenance services.
• Promote the shop and its services through exceptional guest interactions.
• Ensure shop is clean and presentable at all times.

• One year leadership experience in an automotive repair facility.
• The ability to motovate and mentor people.
• Qualities of leadership, motivation, and counseling
• Ability to improve and maintain facility sales while also retaining guests loyal to the shop.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale software programs, and the ability to control inventory levels.
• Knowledge of microsoft word,and excel.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and store management operations.
