Call Center Customer Service Representitive
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Rep with 1+ years call center experience to take inbound calls from customers regarding personal and/or business accounts.
About The Position…
In this fast paced and challenging position, you will be responsible for…
· Assisting customers that call regarding their accounts
· Answering questions and concerns from customers and potential customers.
· Conduct research to assist customers in corrections/explanations of transactions on their accounts.
· Other duties as assigned
To be immediately and seriously considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have the following:
· 1 year+ call center experience
· Knowledge of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Windows
· Type 35+ wpm
· Availability to work flexible hours
· Strong customer service skills
. Ability to pass a criminal/credit check and drug test
