I am seeking a degreed Sales Engineer to take to the market. Preference would be for candidates in the Minneapolis MN area, but this is not absolutely necessary.

Requirements

What I require:

* You must be presently employed

* Degreed candidate’s only (bachelor's minimum, advanced degrees preferred)

* Proven history of success (quantifiable)

* Reasonable expectations (money, location, title etc.)

* Excellent communications

* Work well with people

* A candidate that has taken a conservative approach to their search (not bulk mailed, or otherwise spread their resume to the wind)

* Commitment

* Availability to interview etc. (within reason)

* Motivation
