A & T Healthcare works closely with your hospital discharge planner and other referral sources to ensure that all of your home healthcare needs are met.

As a result,A & T Healthcare has earned a reputation for dependability, responsiveness and personalized attention. By working in conjunction with nursing departments, HMO's and other referral sources, we act as facilitators in planning and anticipating patients needs at home.

A & T Healthcare also provides a large amount of paraprofessional staff which includes: Certified Home Health Aides/Live-Ins. These services can be provided on a 24 hour basis or just for a few hours a day.
