We are a technology-oriented, forward thinking, rapidly growing company that designs, manufactures, and installs post-tensioning systems. For over forty years, VSL has provided post-tensioning systems to build, repair and strengthen concrete structures such as bridges, buildings, containment structures and silos.
We are looking for a self sufficient, hands-on Project Manager to join our Dallas, TX branch office. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of construction project management experience on civil and/or bridge projects. Post-tensioning experience is a plus. The successful candidate must understand concepts and create innovative solutions while learning every aspect of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: management of field personnel, scheduling/preplanning, change orders, negotiating contracts, purchasing of materials/equipment, cost control, generating all documentation and managing safety. Strong leadership skills are a must. Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also required.
