Description

Progressive Life of North Texas, an HCS Group home provider, is looking to hire a part-time or full-time LVN to provide nursing services to individuals in our care. Flexible schedule offered.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise overall health services in accordance with state regulations
Progress notes and billing notes
Monthly and annual assessments
Preparing and/or administering medication
In-service staff training
Act as liaison between doctors, families and staff
Attend IDT meetings
Pharmacy and medication management
Attend doctor's appointments as requested
Monitor medical appointments
Consents
Follow-up on incident reports
Develop treatment plans
Adaptive Aids management
On-call

Requirements

Must have current license in the State of Texas as an LVN or RN
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Must possess good interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations and standards
Must have current Valid driver license
