It's Just Lunch was founded in 1991 by a Chicago woman whose engagement was called off. Finding herself suddenly single, she began the tedious search to meet "normal", well-educated professionals. Her friends sent her out on blind dates, she tried personal ads, contemplated the internet and dating services, but she wasn't comfortable with any of these options. The ideal date, she decided, was a lunch date or a drink after work. A fun, laid back, stress-free way to meet!

IJL is now celebrating over 17 years in the dating business. From its first office in Chicago in 1991, IJL has grown to include locations throughout the United States and the world. We've worked with thousands of professional singles by providing a service where everyone feels comfortable with the process of meeting a new person.

It’s Just Lunch! South Florida  is considered the Premier Matchmaking firm for busy professionals. As a result of our recent expansion and continued success, IJL South Florida is seeking focused candidates with a proven track record of success to grow with us in one of the most dynamic and fastest growing industries in the country.

We are a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization with a nationally recognized brand for over 18 years, featured in The New York Times, Cosmopolitan Magazine, NPR and on the Today Show as well as the CBS Early Show. Our clients expect an energetic and “recruiter-minded" individual to offer expertise and guidance during the interview process, as well as provide a realistic picture of potential matches for them within our service. Job Requirements
