We are actively seeking dynamic, energetic, and positive
individuals to sell America's #1 selling brand of home furnishings, Ashley Furniture. We are looking for those whose personality and work ethic are aligned with our progressive and driven company. Ideal candidates understand the benefits of working on a full-commission basis and working 4 days per week. No furniture experience is necessary, provided that one has the desire to learn and achieve. We offer an exciting environment that is focused on results.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Promote & sell our home furnishings and services
•Provide world class customer service to each and every person that comes into Ashley
•Help customers achieve their desired home furnishings environment through a needs-based selling approach
•Work well with others in a team environment
Requirements
