ICE is seeking a Sales Associate to provide top-notch support and administrative assistance to its enterprise-level Sales Department. The position plays an integral role in the admissions life cycle and interacts with senior management on a regular basis. In due time and success, the position is poised for growth, opportunity and advancement to any number of key roles - based on your drive, the tangible results you bring to the table and the impact you have made on the department.
You will enter the ICE admissions department on the ground level, learning the business and contributing to a fast-paced, exciting, growing company. You will perform regular administrative duties with relative ease, and then be challenged with projects and responsibilities that will prove to be invaluable experience for you and the upward mobility of your career.
You are a strong, resourceful individual who can both manage existing processes and spearhead the development of new processes, while establishing best practice communications along the way.
You are a self-starter, have a strong constitution, and the ability to work parallel with your manager, not necessarily in tandem all the time.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Associate sales management (About 30% of your time)
- An important traffic cop of sorts: making decisions on how to route department workflow according to business rules and productivity calculations
- Preparing enrollment kits with pertinent admissions documents for incoming ICE students and proactively troubleshooting, if need be
- Coordinating internal admissions logistics, such as admissions audits, student vouchers, associated vendor relationships, etc.
- Maintain monthly management reports
- Enforce policy and procedure of the department
- Administrative Support (About 70% of your time)
- Process daily mailings of marketing materials
- Coordinate stock levels of sales materials and other admissions documents
- Send acceptance letters, class confirmations and various communications to accepted students
- Improve upon the logistics of a busy sales department
- Provide sales administrative support to a team of 7+ people

Requirements
You must have a flexible schedule to work some evenings and at least one weekend day as required by your shift appointment and department schedule, posted in advance.
Bachelor’s degree required
Drive to learn executive sales management and logistics a must
Some experience in a bustling sales or marketing environment is a big plus
Ability to easily learn and/or adapt to new software and systems that are fairly complex (experience with CRM systems a strong plus)
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Excel; Experience with ACT a big plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to act as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, but able to work independently
