Description
We have a Marketing Manager Position open in Canada. The position is based in Ontario, Canada. Relocation to Canada is required.
Major Responsibilities
· Responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for the JENNY CRAIG brand in Canada.
· Accountable for delivering strong growth in NPS, RIG, EBITA and other business metrics.
· Leverage consumer insights (with limited spend) to enhance the current brand positioning in Canada, working with the Carlsbad Marketing team, Nestle Nutrition and local market partners.
· Accountable for developing mass communication local grass roots initiatives to support the expansion into Quebec and other new markets.
· Work closely with the Carlsbad Operations, Program Innovation and Marketing teams to ensure timely and market appropriate implementation of North American initiatives.
· Lead or facilitate appropriate cross-functional teams on a project and business maintenance basis
· Develop and manage the Canadian marketing budget, liasing appropriately with Carlsbad, Nestle Nutrition and communication partners to ensure spending effectiveness and budget control.
· Develop and implement appropriate business analytics tools and processes to support sound Canadian decision-making aligned with Jenny Craig best practices.
Requirements
University degree in Business or Marketing, and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 3 to 5 years successful brand management or general business management experience preferably in CPG, weight management, retail or service industry. Direct to consumer experience would be an asset.
· Fully bilingual (English/French)
· Visionary, curious, decisive and highly analytical nature with the ability to drive business results at the strategic and executional levels.
· Entrepreneurial spirit who is able to self-motivate and thrive in a matrixed environment.
· Solid understanding of P&L drivers.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Passion for nutrition and wellness an asset; be a role model for the brand.
