Job Description 

Seeking Contract Specialist with Construction administrative experience.  This position will be involved more so with contracts between our client and their subcontractors, keeping RFI and Submittal logs updated, various correspondence between the client and the subcontractors, preparing different documents and assisting the project manager &/or Superintendent as needed.  Must have experience in operations side of Construction Industry to be considered.
 


Job Requirements 

*2-3 years administrative experience in Construction industry
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Familiar with construction submittals on military base would be helpful
