North Oaks OBGYN is currently seeking a
Clinical Director to join our team in Hammond, LA.
Job Duties:
Position manages clerical, service and nursing staff in a clinical care environment.
- Plan and implement the overall clinical policies, procedures and standards.
- Resolve concerns and issues for staff and physicians.
- Develop staff to meet quality, safety and competency requirements.
- Investigate patient issues and complaints. Insure the proper use of resources and distribution of work.
- Prepares report and budgets. Interview, directs, mentors and coaches staff.
