The Ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years managing a team of outside sales reps
- 3-5 years outside sales experience selling to the decision makers in a Business to Business environment
- A proven track record of success
- Must be able to work independently
- Superb time management skills
- Experience building a sales team
