As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will be placed in a training program that will teach you the skills needed to manage a restaurant. Once completing the training program, you will be placed in a supporting role at a restaurant until you are placed as a Restaurant General Manager. While in the supporting role you will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including:

• Product preparation and delivery
• Customer relations
• Restaurant maintenance and repair
• Inventory management
• Team management, recruiting and retention of team members
• Financial accountability
• Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
• Other duties as required or assigned

We are looking for Assistant Managers with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the food service/retail/customer service industry, as well as:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• High School Degree or GED preferred
• Ability to calculate/analyze data
• Strong customer service skills required
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Personal computer operations preferred
