Sales Trainee

The Sales Trainee is responsible for learning Company products, policies and procedures, and performs basic sales and customer service activities.

• Develops a comprehensive knowledge of Company products through on-the-job training activities.

• Assists in sales, customer service and production activities as assigned.

• Attends and successfully completes comprehensie studies as assigned.

• Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking.
• Demonstrated proficiency in business and telephone etiquette, to write legibly and to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to use a computer and business related software.
• Demonstrated ability to positively interact with all levels, adhere to established grooming standards and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to travel extensively, operate a motor vehicle and relocate as required
• Ability to work shifts and hours mandated by management and to pass a drug test.
