Job Description 

Sales Assistant  

 

Manufacturing firm specializing in design located on southwest side of Chicago seeks a Sales Assistant to work 35 hours/week.  This individual is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Managers.  Responsibilities will include maintaining event calendar, updating database, coordinating hotel and travel arrangements for Managers, ordering samples, and handling all other administrative tasks to busy group.  Must be very organized and possess excellent communication skills.      

 


Job Requirements 

Must have at least 2 years administrative experience.  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.  Candidate must be very organized, detail-oriented, and a self starter.  Great opportunity for a customer service oriented individual eager to join growing fast-paced firm!  This position will be 35 hours/week.
