Growing web print and print design agency needs a sale representative for new position in Springfield, MO!

 

Job Description:

  • Service Springfield area by researching and generating new business opportunities while servicing established clients as well
  • Develop business opportunities through proven business networking opportunities, paid for by employer
  • To be the sales force and face for company
  • Act independently and be self-motivated about sales efforts, only coming in the office once a day and on need-to basis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An understanding of sales, marketing (radio or TV background a plus)
  • A qualified candidate will likely have a college degree, but it is not a requirement. One MUST have the knowledge and skill needed to comfortably sell web marketing after training
  • Business-to-business sales experience selling
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
  • Excellent time management and organization skills

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Expected minimum salary= $30,000 but upwards of $80,000
  • $1500/monthly base + commissions
  • Commissions 15-25% of design and web sales
  • Perks include cell phone, flexible hours, and BNI membership
