IWP Sales-Account Manager
IWP is a national pharmacy service working on behalf of injured individuals. In addition, we are a powerful resource to those who represent injured individuals. We serve attorneys and physicians by minimizing their staff's time and expense spent on medication and reimbursement issues.
IWP is the market leader and rapidly expanding resource to injured patients and their advocates. We are adding a new territory in Albuquerque, NM and are ready to provide you with the independence, freedom and support you need to build your territory while getting the individual recognition and financial rewards your efforts deserve. If you have a verifiable, proven success record in outside sales, and excel as a relationship manager with strong closing skills, we want to talk with you. Reporting to a Regional Manager, this position offers significant performance-based compensation potential including a base salary and commission.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a drive to win who welcomes accountability and the challenge of earning performance-based compensation in a demanding and highly competitive industry.
You will be responsible for prospecting and creating business relationships with partners at law firms, physicians and medical treatment facilities in your assigned territory. You will identify prospects, present programs, close new business, and develop and manage the relationships. On a daily basis you will:

Manage relationships with key customers and accounts, and develop a deep understanding of their needs.

Identify, prioritize and pursue new opportunities with current and future customers and foster utilization by existing customers.

Utilize company database for all account tracking and documentation.

Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed expansion within your assigned territory.

Represent IWP at trade association meetings and prepare reports showing activity and results.

Partner with Finance, Customer Service, Pharmacy and other internal departments to understand their strategic priorities and creatively identify opportunities to support those priorities.

Achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of service/consultative/abstract selling (insurance, financial services, software, payroll services, consulting or services sales experience preferred)
- An entrepreneurial “business-owner" mentality and will demonstrate exceptional success in their previous sales roles.
- A strong history of relationship selling.
- The ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, both as a team player and as an individual performer.
- Ability to build and foster high-level strategic alliances with customers and within IWP.
- Stellar presentation, listening, empathizing and collaboration skills
- Time and territory management
