The Staff Development Coordinator plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates all activities necessary for an effective staff development program.. The scope of responsibility has a primary emphasis on the Nursing Department but additional responsibilities to all other departments in terms of general orientation and corporate wide mandatory inservices.
