Automotive Inventory Control Clerk / Asst to General Manager

This position assists both the Sales Department and the General Manager, performing inventory control functions and other clerical jobs.

Requirements Woodbury Nissan is in need of a full time Inventory Control clerk and Assistant to the General Manager. This position reports to the General Manager. Prior automotive experience a must.

This position performs the following functions:

* Reporting new vehicles sold to the factory (RDR's)
* Performing dealer swaps with other dealerships
* Entering new vehicle factory invoices into computer system and accounting.
* Inventory Control - reconciling vehicle inventories to RDR's and accounting.
* Handling phone calls and communications for General Manager, which includes scheduling * appointments and meetings.
* Preparing reports and performing special projects for General Manager.
* Back-up switchboard/cashier coverage for lunch and vacations.

Applicant must be dependable, well-organized and possess a strong attention to detail. This is a full time position - Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00. Dealership is willing to pay industry-best compensation for the right person.  Compensation includes full benefits - medical, dental, 401K and vacation.
