Job Description

MileOne, Herb Gordon Mercedes-Benz is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor for our Silver Spring location.  This position will be responsible for confirming service appointments with our customers as well as assisting the Service Advisors. 

 

We are looking for someone who has an interest in the automotive field and would like to be trained to become a Service Advisor. That means building loyalty and trust and creating an overall positive experience.  Excellent customer service is an absolute must!

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments.
  • Return calls of customers who are interested in setting up new appointments.
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
  • Assist Service Advisor in writing up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.

  • Dealership experience is preferred

 

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
