Village Inn Restaurants, a leader in family dining, is currently seeking Associate and Fast-Track General Manager’s to join our management team for our corporate restaurants in the Denver, Colorado market.  

 

With 50 years of success and a privately held company, American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC., has a stable foundation for future expansion. ABRH also owns and operates Bakers Square Restaurants.

 

Village Inn offers a comprehensive management training program, one that’s self-paced in which an individual learns about the various aspects of management that will be necessary for their success.  You can train in the market you live in, not having to be separated from family and friends.

Requirements

Requirements for the Associate Manager position:

 

  • Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of current management experience in restaurant operations, QSR, fast casual, family or casual dining.
  • Pay range for this position:  $35K - $40K/year DOE
  • 2 year college degree preferred
  • Must have the ability to build a successful team
  • Demonstrates ability to motivate employees with a high level of energy
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly
  • Should show positive salary/career progression in previous work history
  • Must be able to pass a background check

 

Additional Requirements for the Fast-Track General Manager Position

 

  • Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience with at least 2 years as GM.

  • Four year College degree preferred.

  • Pay range for this position:  $35K - $50K/year DOE

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
