Requirements
As the Butler at our Fenwick Island facility, the following is required:
The Butler ensures the resident’s comfort during the move-in process and acts as a liaison between the resident and all other departments to ensure the resident is comfortable and is provided with all the exclusive services offered in Serenade.
The Butler coordinates all daily needs specifically for the Serenade residents from room service delivery, errands, assists with meal service ordering, coordinating transportation, newspaper delivery, and daily contact for all personal needs and requests.
Service in Serenade is “Anything, Anytime".
The candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, present with a polished and professional appearance, and have the ability to manage the personal needs of multiple residents
A background in customer service is a must.
