We are searching for a select group of grads who are looking for an intense, on the job training program unlike any other. Our business involves making one on one sales presentations to business customers, so we will hone your presentation skills to prepare you for your future. Compensation is based on individual performance.
 

The training you will receive is the real payoff. The most successful trainees will be offered permanent positions as managing partners within our organization. Since opening our doors in July of 2003, we have already expanded to have sixteen national offices – each run by an operating partner who started in the entry-level position we are hiring for right now.

 


job Requirements

We prefer recent grads with at least a 3.0 average, although we are willing to discuss your special circumstances. More than anything, we are looking for enthusiastic, entrepreneurial candidates with a “can-do" attitude who are excited about their future and are willing to be trained.
