Due to Growth, Farmers Insurance Group has opened a new agent training facility in your local area. Develop your sales skills, build your marketing pipelines and participate in ongoing training while you lay the foundation of your own small business. Job Requirements 

  • Entreprenuerial spirit, drive and ambition
  • Successful track record in previous/current field of employment
  • Responsible driving record
  • Good credit history
  • No criminal convictions, felonies or misdemeanors within 10 years
  • No bankruptcies within 3 years
  • Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • College education is preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
