Jewelry Sales, Sales Management

Sales Associates Requirements:

Ideal candidate must have a minimum of one to four years of direct retail sales experience, preferably in customer focused jewelry or high end accessories environment, or other customer specific tangible sales. Must possess a consistent history of success in increasing sales volume. Must be financially motivated, possess a desire for controlling their destiny and have a strong desire to learn every aspect of our business. Must have a positive, professional attitude and appearance with excellent communication skills, be self-confident and goal oriented. Must work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Must have integrity and humility with a strong drive for success in sales. Sales Manager/Training Coach:

In addition to the above listed requirements, this individual must have sales management experience.  Must possess the ability to train and motivate the sales associates, with a strong desire to mold a winning team.  Must be very detail oriented and have a high level of energy and urgency to get things done.  Must be personable and outgoing.  Must be able to direct and follow through.  Computer experience with Word and Excel is necessary.
