Land O’Lakes Purina Feed LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Land O’Lakes Inc, is North America’s leading feed company, providing producers, cooperatives and dealers with an extensive line of animal feed, ingredients and services.

Customer Service Representative II [5736BR]
HI - Kapolei
Position Purpose:
This multi faceted position touches many areas including traditional customer service duties for retail store and neighbor island dealers. Provides logistics support for inter-island freight and retail full truck deliveries on Oahu. Conducts retail store inventory, product ordering and merchandising. Processes order entry for Kapolei retail weekly retail container orders from the Rivergate mill. Orders health products for retail store. Performs daily filing and back up CSR for commercial bulk when needed. This position is also cross trained to relieve other CSR responsibilities on a relief basis.
Job Requirements
Required (Basic) Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, including POS, and 1 year in a logistics role. This position requires working half day on saturdays with retail store 8:am-12:00pm.
Required Competencies and Other Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, with an emphasis on Excel. Must possess excellenct interpersonal and sales skills, have a desire to learn, develop and problem solve. Must be a team player that will execute plans with limited supervision in a goal driven environment.
Preferred Education/Experience:
College education preferably in agriculture or business administration. Analytical and process flow understanding in a constant changing environment.
Preferred Competencies and Other Skills:
Sales experience. Fast learner with the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. High level of competency in Microsoft excel.
