Epic MedStaff Services, Inc. is a dynamic, rapidly growing healthcare staffing organization headquartered in Dallas, TX with regional offices in 5 Texas markets. The qualified individual will be responsible for daily communication with existing clientele and a staff of 75-125 medical professionals. Within this scope, primary responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and screening nurses and medical ancillary staff
- Interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- Direct and indirect marketing strategies
- Employee/Client retention
- Staffing per client needs
- Client satisfaction
- New business development
- Revenue/expense accountability
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual revenue/expense reporting
This position is meant to be a grooming position for rapid advancement. The qualified individual will be given the opportunity to prove themselves and advance as the company continues to grow.
