Description This position is responsible to examine, validate and test large scale software development and deployment projects.

Duties and responsibilities for this senior level position include:

Certify the level of quality for new, modified and existing data processes and applications.
Work with project, development and test teams to define quality assurance activities for project plans along with ensuring delivery schedules for testing activities
Create and maintain test automation framework.
Evaluate and test data products for content and software programs to verify that programs function according to specifications and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
3+ years of development, test automation and/or database test experience
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Strong ability to work well with a variety of groups across multiple disciplines to streamline, develop, integrate and deploy products and processes.
Strong ability to use and comprehend the following computer data programming languages: .NET, SQL
3+ years leading a development or test team is preferred
Quality assurance experience with public record databases is ideal.
