IFCO SYSTEMS is seeking a confident and energetic Maintenance Mechanic for our RPC Service Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Responsibilities:

-Diagnoses hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, repairs electric circuits and completes preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
-Experienced in the functioning of hydraulics and pneumatic circuits and master the “how-to" process and maintenance of production equipment.
-Equipment includes: control panels and power cabinets, industrial wash machinery, conveyor systems (chain and belt), pumps and motors, automatic machine wrappers, centrifugal spinners, chemical insertion and dilution, table top conveyors, palletizers, forklifts and pallet jacks.
-Must be thoroughly familiar with hand tools and maintenance practices as well as functioning of hydraulics and pneumatic circuits.
-Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits with the aid of schematics.
-Repair electric circuits with complete understanding of electrical schematic diagrams.
-Possess ability to instruct other maintenance staff and production operators in safe operation of equipment.
-Seeking an efficient and safety conscious multi-tasker to take on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Must posses the ability to work independently and to learn new equipment operations
-Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for up to 12 hours and lift 75 pounds 
-Must read, write, speak and understand English
-Able to work morning Shift, 5:00am. – 4:30pm
-Hours may vary and you must be able and willing to work allternative shifts

Preferences:

-Manufacturing background
-Certifications in welding and HVAC highly desired
-Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer growth potential, along with competitive pay plus full benefits and 401(k) after a waiting period.  Starting pay is $15- $17 per hour based upon skills, ability, and experience.
