PM&R Support Associate (Part-time 24 hours/week)

We are currently seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Support Associate for our office located in Harvey, IL 60426.

Location: Harvey, IL 60426.
Hours: part-time (24 hours/week), Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

In this role, you will: 

*Fax treatments plans to physicians.
*Photocopies correspondence and mails reports accurately and files copies of reports into patient's chart.
*Types medical reports and correspondence for therapists as requested.
*Completes check in process of all outpatients correctly and timely.
*Confirms new outpatient appointments 24 hours in advance.
*Must be able to hand patient problems quickly and efficiently.

Requirements Our ideal candidate will have: 


*High School graduate or equivalent.
*4 years clerical experience or secretarial business course work and 3 years applicable clerical experience.
*Knowledge of medical terminology required.
*Types 32-40 WPM required.
