Three or more years of post-graduate, professional experience in sales and marketing
Strong background founded in tactical sales through dealer channels
Direct experience as a sales representative for capital equipment
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
The District Sales Manager position exists to represent the companies brand in a positive manner at all times. The District Sales Manager is continually working to increase the market presence of Products and represent the company to the dealer network and the farmer-producer. The District Sales Manager carries out all company policies with professionalism and is held to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
The District Sales Manager is responsible for increasing revenue, brand awareness and market share of all products by:
• Growing business with existing dealers
• Recruiting and developing new dealers
• Establishing relationships with key farming operations and gaining product presence on them
• Driving and implementing all marketing programs within the territory.
Current states covered by this region include: Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Iowa.
