Description Key role as liaison between product design, production, quality assurance and customer.

Very little travel - four local plants - make improvements to existing operations as well as moving products from development into production. Emphasis on production equipment projects more than process eng. Will use lean and continuous improvement techniques.

Local manufacturing facilities. Highly visible to all operations and engineering departments. Everyone who visits these facilities are impressed with the environment as well as the enthusiatic work teams...proud to work here.

Requirements BSME or EE...or simiar manufacturing engineering. Background improving manufacturing machines and processes, as well design, installation and commissioning of tooling and equipment. Moving product from R&D into production. Experience in automated operations a big plus.
