Job Description:
Customer Service Representative/Cashier --- Full and Part Time positions available.

Summary
• This position has responsibility for working with customers on their purchases.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Handles customer purchase paperwork.
• Handles cash, credit card, check and finance transactions.
• Maintains accuracy of paperwork and cash drawer.
• Reports to the Office Manager.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers in an upbeat friendly manner.


Supervisory Responsibilities
• None

Requirements Computer
• The Customer Service Rep must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, such as MS Excel, Word, etc.


Language
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both in writing and verbally well enough to prepare and read reports, make presentations, and interact with peers and management. Second language fluency is a plus!


Other
• Must be able to complete work, have good people skills, and must be self confident and willing to learn.
• Must have a cheerful, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Retail hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
