The Customer Service Rep. is responsible for interacting with our customers in our showroom and assisting in the sales process. This individual is also responsible for assisting customers with inquires about their lease agreement, accepting payments, processing order forms, filing, faxing, answering the phone and maintaining the appearance of the showroom.
Typical work week is five days, 40 hours with SUNDAYS OFF, and one other day off during the week.
During your training as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be required to show you have mastered the skills and understand the role of this position.
