Description nutritional beverage company, is looking for a highly qualified person to manage their promotional team.  This person must be a team leader, responsible, positive, enthusiastic, and well networked.  He or she must develop new ideas with a local network of community leaders and the promotional team that will bring the brand to life.

Successfully manage the promotional team. Will be responsible for all team members.

Develop a marketing plan and budget for territory with the aid of headquarters.

Work with the local sales managers to continually reinforce the best practice and delivery of the brand strategy.

Work in conjunction with the local sales team to ensure the marketing initiatives and programs are leveraged across the sales channel.

Submit new ideas and local movements on a regular basis for events, cultural programs and opinion leaders projects.

Engage new users and expand the consumer base by passionately communicating the brand benefits

Orchastrate well executed events and projects that resonate and entrench the drinks culture with key targeted consumers.

Monthly analysis on product, consumer, and events.

Communicate daily with the brand's national promotional director, local sales manager, and sales team.

Requirements -2 years management experience

Bachelors degree required

Strong understanding of the youth culture

Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities

Strong forecasting and project management skills

Ability to cultivate team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
