Store Management Trainee

The Store Management Training Program is designed for highly qualified individuals that have an interest in building a career in retail store management. You'll work closely with an experienced store manager who will mentor you and enable you to put your ideas into action. Upon completion of the program you will be fully qualified to manage a Leslie's retail store.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

 

  1. Must be open to relocation 
  2. We are seeking candidate with a Bachelors Degree. The required GPA is 3.0 on a 4-point scale. Demonstrated leadership in Community Service/ Extracurricular Activities is also taken into consideration.

    AND/OR

  3. Candidates may substitute 3 years of specialty retail management experience or 3 years department management experience in a large retail chain (grocery, drug or dept. store) for the degree requirement or some combination including 4 years of Military Service.

    AND

  4. Candidates must be open to the possibility of out of state relocation beyond training.(If needed)
