Description

Bring your enthusiasm and excellent HR generalist skils to a dynamic leader in the IT industry.   Contribute to this fast paced, high volume environment supporting an internal technology line of business.   

 

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the following:

*Act as an HR business partner to the line of business

*Performance management implementation

*Employee relations, investigations and employment law

*Provide training on HR related subject matter including leadership, performance      

  management, diversity, harassment free workplace, etc.
*Coach managers and team members on a variety of HR-related issues
*Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews
*HR policies, procedures and processes


Requirements

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR

*PHR or SPHR certification a plus
*7 – 10 + years of HR generalist experience

*Experience working in technology related fields or supporting those lines of business

*Full cycle employee relations experience including progressive discipline and EEOC

 issues

*Excellent project management and organizational skills
*Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
