join a leading Midwest racetrack and casino.
Our client is seeking an individual to assist in the further development
of the organizations marketing initiatives.
This will include driving revenue, maximizing profits and increasing
market share by generating new customer traffic, retaining existing valuable
clients and growing the overall customer base.
Key areas of responsibilities to include:
Directing the execution of a strategic,
integrated marketing program, balancing the needs and objectives of casino
marketing, live/simulcast racing, entertainment and food and beverage.
Analyzing database listings for various
direct response programs to develop, maintain, and enhance customer loyalty and
build visit frequency in order to maximize revenues and profitability for each
segment.
Ensuring that the player development team is
well-informed of events and promotions as well as assisting in execution of any
marketing events or promotions as needed.
Requirements
Candidates MUST HAVE GAMING EXPERIENCE and be licensable in Iowa. They will be a strong leader with excellent internal and external customer service skills. Also necessary, is more than 5 years experience building tracking systems, monitoring guest satisfaction, direct mail initiatives and planning special events in a full service gaming facility.
