Description CMS Insurance Agency is looking to hire a proven sales person with a track record of closing deals and generating revenue. Candidates will have existing knowledge of medical liability markets and have experience in interacting with physicians in a practice/hospital setting.

The responsibilities of this position include selling/marketing to individual physicians and large physician groups, as well as developing solid, long lasting relationships.

Travel throughout the region is mandatory.

The Producer will also be responsible for working with a Client Service Representative and helping facilitate the placement of business with markets/underwriting. The Producer will also assist periodically with renewals of large groups.

Requirements - Medical Malpractice knowledge and experience (doctors/physicians, allied, hospital facilities, etc) is mandatory.
-Property and Casualty license in IL. IN & WI a plus, will be required after employment.
-Proven sales track record of exceeding set goals.
-Organization skills mandatory.
-Strong internal motivation to succeed.

Salary + commission structure, based on experience.
